already part of the Filipino Culture
Easing the pains of their stomachs,
for food is always out of stock

POVERTY
Obvious state of the society
A state experienced by almost all families
Those in remote and squatter areas, specifically

ILLITERACY
Reading and writing incapacity
Reason why kids work instead of going to school
Increasing the birth rate of ignoramus and fools

LACK OF EMPLOYMENT
Maybe because of low educational attainment
The cause: no jobs inclined with the expertise of workers
The effect: the rise of gargantuan call centers

KILLINGS and KIDNAPPINGS
Done by men who are willing,
Willing to commit a crime to have money and attention.
They do it without feeling any compunction.

CORRUPTION
Done by officials with high position
Stealing money from poor man’s wallet
And down it goes inside their pockets

CHARTER CHANGE
There are still a lot of things to arrange.
So, set this issue aside.
Just do your job to lead, serve and guide.

WRITERS
Let us wield our pens together
Change is yet to come.
The battle for truth has begun.
